The STEP Learning Collaborative is committed to workforce development of early psychosis care in Connecticut through the dissemination of best practices, early psychosis care model, and community outreach. We aim to support providers across the system of care including those directly working with a young person or family member impacted by early psychosis and those looking to refer someone to services.

Family and Community Workshops
- We host (and promote) periodic family and community educational workshops, consisting of expert-led discussions on topics of interest to young people and families impacted by early psychosis. Recurrent workshops include:
- Navigating Mental Health Crises in the Community Among Young People with Psychosis
- Understanding and Breaking the Stigma in Early Psychosis
- Strategies for Supporting a Young Person with Early Psychosis
